That distinction matters, because it decides what we recommend. A software company needs software to be the answer. We don't need the answer to be anything.
Who runs it
Landon McDuff founded AiMpact Technology from an operator's perspective rather than a software one: understand the environment, find how information and decisions actually move, then design the system around the people doing the work.
That order is the whole company, and it's the reason the first thing we do is watch rather than quote.
